NOVESTRA: DECLARATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHARE ACQUISITION

W. Thorpe McKenzie, member of AB Novestra’s Board of Directors, has increased his ownership in Novestra by 331,400 shares. After the acquisition, W. Thorpe McKenzie’s total ownership amounts to 2,431,400 shares which corresponds to 10.4% of capital and votes.
